At Veno Atelier, we are committed to providing our customers with quality products and a reliable shopping experience. Customers may request a refund within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that the product is unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging where applicable. Refund requests must be made by contacting us through our official contact details and providing the order information and reason for the request. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process an eligible refund using the original payment method where possible. Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used may not qualify for a refund unless the product is defective or otherwise covered by applicable consumer-protection laws. Digital products are generally non-refundable once they have been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law. Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution. Veno Atelier reserves the right to assess each refund request fairly and in accordance with applicable South African consumer-protection requirements.

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting Veno Atelier as soon as possible. Where the cancellation is received within this period and the order has not yet been processed, a full refund may be issued. Cancellations requested after 24 hours may be subject to a 30% cancellation or processing fee, particularly where the order has already been confirmed, prepared, manufactured, packaged, or otherwise incurred costs for Veno Atelier. Once an order has been dispatched or fulfilled, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may instead need to follow the applicable return or refund procedure. We encourage customers to carefully review their order details, including product selection, size, quantity, delivery information, and contact details, before completing payment. All cancellation requests should be submitted using our official contact information so that we can properly verify and process the request.

Veno Atelier is committed to processing customer orders professionally and delivering products within the stated fulfillment period. Orders for physical products are generally processed and delivered within 7 working days after successful payment and order confirmation. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, the customer's delivery location, courier schedules, weekends, public holidays, or circumstances outside of Veno Atelier's reasonable control. Customers will be provided with relevant delivery information where applicable. For digital products, delivery is generally completed within 2–3 working days after successful payment and verification of the order. Digital products may be delivered electronically using the customer's provided email address or another appropriate delivery method. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information at checkout. Veno Atelier cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. All orders are subject to successful payment confirmation. We maintain appropriate order and payment records to ensure that customer purchases can be properly verified and fulfilled.
